The notification service contributes to informing the establishment of any action taken on the persons registered on the electronic portal. These notifications include:

Notification of the imminent expiry of residence permit for each person.
Notification of the imminent expiry of visas for residents.

Lists Service This service is considered one of the most important Muqeem services, as it informs the Personnel Department of many important lists, which take a lot of time to prepare and arrange them with the possibility of errors and difficulty in entering and updating data. This service provides lists of residents arranged according to the needs of the Personnel Department. This service includes the following lists: Lists of the General Directorate of Passports

List of all foreign employees.
A list of foreign employees who have recently entered the Kingdom, for whom residence permits have not been issued yet.
List of those departing with an exit-re-entry visa, visa information and departure status.
List of people with final exit visa, visa information and departure status.
A list of those with inactive records. This list includes the information of foreign employees whose data has not been updated at the General Directorate of Passports for a long time.
Fugitives List This list includes information of residents whose escape has been officially reported to the General Directorate of Passports.
List of all dependents of the resident (resident's family) This list includes the names of the dependents, their Iqama numbers, date of birth, and the dependent's relationship to the resident.
Lists of the General Traffic Department

List of residents holding driving licenses issued by the General Traffic Department.
List of residents whose driving licenses have expired.
A list of residents who received unpaid traffic violations, indicating the type of violation, its value and the date of its occurrence.
Search and query service This service provides the ability to search for resident data according to his residence number, so that the data is submitted

Inquire about detailed information about the resident (under your sponsorship), which includes the following data: the sponsor’s number on the computer, the sponsor’s name, border number, entry date, port of entry, resident’s name, gender, religion, nationality, profession, date of birth, place of birth, Iqama data (Iqama number / source / date of issue / expiry date), passport number, resident status (outside / inside the Kingdom), travel visa information (visa type / date of issue / expiry date), resident status (live / deceased / fugitive ).
Inquire about general information about the resident (not under your sponsorship) by means of the residence number. This information includes: the date of expiry of the residence permit, profession, the number of times the sponsorship was transferred, and the status of the resident (alive, deceased, departed, fugitive).
This query service contributes to verifying the validity of residence and the regular status of the resident.
